Additional Information For International Ordering

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to most destinations worldwide. You will receive your Order Confirmation by email following receipt of your online order detailing the shipping methods and charges you can choose from. UPS, Airborne or FedEx shipping charges typically range from $45 to $150 for most sculptures, smaller works of art and unframed artwork...larger and oversize art will be more...depending on package size and destination country. See 'SHIPPING CHARGES' below for additional information.

ORDERING

Secured online ordering is available anytime, anywhere by credit card throughout most of our website. We use the newest secure servers and encryption technologies to insure that your information is protected. Feel free to use these 'Add To Basket' buttons...

...for any number of items you are considering...any item can be removed from your shopping basket at any time...simply click on the 'Basket Contents' symbol to view the items you have selected. When you have completed your online shopping and your selected items are in your shopping basket, you will be transferred to our secure commerce servers when you proceed to Checkout.

If online ordering is not available for the items you have selected, please send us an email detailing the items you would like to order, your credit card number with expiration date and billing address, and your complete shipping address. (You may prefer to send half of your credit card number in one email, and half in a second email.) When we receive your online order or your email, we'll contact you right away by email with your Order Confirmation and shipping quotes. We will begin processing your order when you reply with your preferred shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

We ship to most destinations worldwide where the US Postal Service, UPS, Airborne or FedEx deliver. Due to the variety of sizes and weights, shipping charges for all orders must be determined separately for each order and will not appear on your online order form. You will receive your Order Confirmation by email following receipt of your online order detailing the shipping methods and charges you can choose from. US Post Office Surface charges range from $40 to $80 US. Surface transit time is four to seven weeks, and there is no method of tracking the shipment. US Postal Air Service charges range from $50 to $125. Air transit time is four to ten days. UPS, Airborne or FedEx shipping charges typically range from $75 to $150 for most sculptures, smaller works of art and unframed artwork. Larger and oversize art will be more using any shipping method...depending on package size and destination country. Shipping charges cover only the cost of shipping, handling, insurance and materials. Most countries do not charge duty on original and hand-painted artwork...check with your customs office for more detail. Additional charges apply for Overnight, 2 Day or Three Day services where available: please advise us by email if you would like shipping quotes for these services.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your encrypted data is sent to us from our Secure Commerce Server and we process your order in our facilities. You may also order online and pay by Check or Money Order in US Dollars. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment at the address on the Ordering Information page. You can place your order by telephone or fax if you prefer...call or fax us at the numbers on the Ordering Information page. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

We will ship your order within three days when the item or items are in stock. If not in stock, most orders for unframed art and sculpture can be shipped in one to two weeks, and framed orders in one to four weeks. Due to the hand-made nature of most art and framing, delays and backorders from the artist or publishing studio do occur...if you need the order by a specific date for a gift or occasion, we can usually accommodate these special requests - please contact us by email or telephone. If there is no one at your home during the day to receive a shipment, we recommend shipping to your work address. Everything you order from animation, usa™ is of the highest quality. We will assist you with your order and your collection in a professional, knowledgeable manner. If your acquisition does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 15 days from receipt provided it is in the same condition as when it left our facilities and subject to its condition when inspected by our experts.
