A Charlie Brown Christmas
Friendly Advice

Friendly Advice

Bill Melendez met Charles Schulz while working on an animated television commercial for Ford Motor Company. In 1964, Melendez produced the first Schulz television special, 'A Charlie Brown Christmas' which won both an Emmy and the George Peabody Award for Outstanding Children and Young People's program. Melendez has been the exclusive animator of Peanuts® ever since.

Lucy has dispensed her wisdom and advice for nearly 50 years for only a nickel, and Charlie Brown is perhaps her best customer. This classic image recreates a memorable Peanuts® moment from 'A Charlie Brown Christmas', 1965, and is hand-signed by Bill Melendez. This fine art hand-inked and hand-painted limited edition recreates an actual moment in the classic 1965 Peanuts® film written by Charles Schulz. Edition Size 500. Dimensions are approximately 18 by 20 inches framed.
