As indicated in our Privacy Policy, we do not make any information about our customers available to any unaffiliated company for any reason.

Secured online ordering is available anytime, anywhere by credit card throughout our website. We use secure servers and encryption technologies to insure that your information is protected.

'Add To Basket' - Feel free to use the order button (it has a shopping basket icon, usually located on the detail page for each item) for any items you are considering. This places your selected item into your shopping basket until you're ready to check out. A 2-3 second pause is normal when you click the order button while the system transfers you to the shopping server. This will also show any available options such as framing.

'Options Screen' - You may first encounter the option screen where you can choose added features like framing.

'Basket' - You can return to your shopping basket anytime to view items you have selected. Any item can be removed from your shopping cart at any time...simply click on the Basket link to view the items you have selected.

'Return To animationusa.com' - When you are viewing your basket contents, you can continue shopping simply by clicking this button located above the basket contents.

'Checkout' - When you have completed your online shopping and your selected items are in your shopping basket, you will be transferred to our secure commerce servers when you proceed to Checkout from your basket or by clicking the 'Checkout' button or link found throughout the website. The Checkout process requires your billing, shipping and method of payment information.

Due to the unique and limited nature of our selections, all items on our website are Subject To Availability, Price Changes and/or Prior Sale.

Most artwork is available unframed, or professionally framed by the studio or animation, usa(tm). You can select from various frame options for many selections where indicated when you click the 'Add To Basket' button and prior to adding the item to your basket. (Remember, any item can be removed from your shopping basket at any time...simply click on the Basket link to view items you have added to your basket.) If you would like to discuss any available framing options when shopping online, please call toll-free 800.392.0020 or send an email to inquire@animationusa.com with "Framing Question" in the subject, and we'll be happy to assist you personally.

Due to the variety of sizes and weights, shipping charges for all orders will be determined separately for each order and will not appear on your online order form. You may encounter a message during checkout that 'Shipping Charges could not be calculated' - simply disregard this and proceed with checkout. We will contact you by email or telephone to advise shipping charges when applicable.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your encrypted data is sent to us from our Secure Commerce Server and we process your order in our offices. You may also order online and pay by Check or Money Order in US Dollars. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment at the address below and funds cleared. You can place your order by telephone or fax if you prefer...call or fax us at the numbers listed. Please call to arrange for Wire Transfer or other bank to bank arrangements. We will ship your order within three days when the item or items are in stock. If not in stock, most orders for unframed art and sculpture can be shipped in one to two weeks, and framed orders in one to four weeks. Due to the hand-made nature of most art and framing, delays and backorders from the artist or publishing studio do occur...if you need the order by a specific date for a gift or occasion, we can usually accommodate these special requests - please contact us by email or telephone. If there is no one at your home during the day to receive a shipment, we recommend shipping to your work address.
