“Bacall to Arms” was a parody of the classic
Bacall-Bogart film, “To Have and Have Not.” Taken from the
cartoon of the same name, this edition captures a moment in
the cartoon directed by Bob
Clampett in 1946 as The Wolf climbs over the
theater seats for a better look at Bacall as she sets the room
on fire in the famous movie with Bogart.
Each cel is hand-painted and combined with a Giclee
background in an edition of only
250, and signed by legendary award winning actress Lauren
Bacall.
This cel features a title card created as a tribute
to the original 1946 cartoon.
Availability of this outstanding image is very limited. Each work of art is approximately 13.5 by 15.5 inches unframed. This fine art limited edition Hand-Painted Cel is approximately 21 by 23 inches framed.
