The unflagging, never-say-die Wile E. Coyote has another perfect plan to outwit the Roadrunner, and utilizes his Rube-Goldberg-esque Roadrunner Repast device schematic to smugly tout its virtues to a rapt audience of fellow hungry, scheming coyotes. Of course, the Roadrunner sees through his plan. The audience characters are screen-printed on the front cel in this dimensional setup, and the Wile and Roadrunner cel is hand-painted.
