The classic 1940 Walt Disney feature film 'Pinocchio'
featured a heartwarming story, incredible animation, and
beautiful backgrounds.
This
edition features Pinocchio, Gepetto and Figaro as they are
re-united inside Monstro. Disney chose the Italian tale by
Carlo Collodi to follow the success of Snow White & The Seven
Dwarfs, using resources of technical and artistic advances
made during the development and production of Snow White.
Disney was so insistent on artistic perfection, technical
virtuosity and visual opulence that he ordered the first
work done on Pinocchio to be scrapped and re-animated.
This fine art Hand Painted Limited Edition Cel was created by Disney studios based on actual artwork used in the making of the film. Edition size 500.
