It's A Wonderful World

Tinker Bell ignites the legendary and spectacular shower of colorful fireworks to begin each episode of the beloved Disney
television series. Marc Davis originally created Tinker Bell for the classic Disney feature film Peter Pan in 1953, just a
year before the television series began and two years before the Disneyland theme park opened - it was this television series,
which grew out of the themed 'lands' of the park, which enabled Walt to get a million-dollar investment for the park from the
ABC television network. Please visit our
special Tribute To Marc Davis, the creator of Tinker Bell.

Serigraphic (a silk-screen printing term) cels are fine art limited
editions created by meticulously screening the colors of an image onto the
back of an acetate cel - one color at a time. Although silk-screened
sericels do not embody the traditional process of hand-painted animation
art, they do represent the unique look at modest prices.
