Recreating Scene 46 of the Walt Disney classic 1942 Mickey Mouse cartoon short Mickey's Birthday Party, this limited edition sericel celebrates the 70th birthday of this most famous mouse, November 18, 1998. The mat on each sericel is signed by Mickey's current voice talent Wayne Allwine.

Sericel
Serigraphic (a silk-screen printing term) cels are fine art limited editions created by meticulously screening the colors of an image onto the back of an acetate cel - one color at a time.
