The Art Of Disney Storybooks

[Bambi]

Recreating the original artwork created by Disney's storybook artists, this fine art limited edition giclee faithfully recreates the special moment when Bambi meets Flower.

The Giclee process uses a specially enhanced printer which utilizes the digital image information taken from the original art to spray millions of pixel-sized drops of ink onto fine art museum-quality paper. Each work of art is hand-signed by the artist. Unframed dimensions approximately 17.75 by 16.5 inches. Framed dimensions approximately 25.25 by 24 inches. Edition size 300.

Why is animation art considered a fine art collectible?
Animation is a unique filmmaking process rooted in the fine art mediums of drawing and painting. As an art form, its value is substantiated by the same standards of merit that apply to virtually all forms of art and collectibles, including exhibitions in prestigious museums, representation by major auction houses and extensive published documentation.
